Absolutely! We offer complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off in popular areas like Denpasar, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Nusa Dua, and Sanur. If your hotel is in a remote location, additional charges may apply. Just let us know your location, and we’ll arrange the best transportation for you.

We have a flexible cancellation policy for your convenience. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund. For last-minute cancellations, partial refunds may apply. If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request at no extra cost.
